Experimenter’s Kit

Everything you need to get expermenting, and working cocoa into your daily diet!  The ingredients (Beans/Nibs, Cocoa Butter, Coconut Sugar) are what we use to to make our stoneground bases (75% Dark etc…).  You can make your own chocolate with or use them in any other baking/cooking experiments.  The chocolate is our base ‘cooking chocolate’ rough, untempered couveture which we make, into order to then temper and make chocolate bars, bunnies etc etc!
