I’ve been working with chocolate for over 20 years and love nothing more than chatting about anything cocoa—from origins, to ethics, to ingredients—so bring your curiosity. From cocoa husk tea, to cooking chocolate, to coated cocoa beans, we are chocolate trail blazers and have experimented with most combinations always with global ethics and heritage at the heart. I have nearly endless stories to tell about the wonderful cocoa beans, so the more questions you ask, the happier I am!
As we’re a working production area we can only host workshops when we’re not knee deep in chocolate making ourselves so it’s best to get in touch at least 1 week in advance to book in. Talk & tasting only – Approx 45 min in length, €80 Euros per group, (fits 6-8 people comfortably)
