Visit, Tasting & Making

We will meet in our garden headquarters – Europe’s smallest and most alternative bean-to-bar chocolate factory! You’ll begin your learning experience by tasting and crushing your own raw cocoa beans, combining ingredients, and making chocolate in your mouth. Learn what is involved in the full bean-to-bar chocolate-making process, and taste the wild and wonderful range of healthier, alternative chocolate that we make. From cocoa husk tea, to cooking chocolate, to coated cocoa beans, we have experimented with most combinations. I’ve been working with chocolate for over 20 years and love nothing more than chatting about anything cocoa—from origins, to ethics, to ingredients—so bring your curiosity.
Approx 1hr in length, €50 per booking + €10 per person
