Bean-to-Bar Workshop

In this mini-masterclass learn what is involved in the full bean-to-bar chocolate-making process, from how cocoa pods grow to roasting, winnowing, conching and tempering as well as our machines, routes to market and basics of running a food business in Ireland – all while tasting and making a selection of chocolates to take home – what we make will be catered to the season and may include mendiants, chocolate bars and easter eggs.
Private bookings only, please contact us to arrange.  This workshop is approx 2 hours in length, €250 per booking, suitable for 2-3 people.
