Our zero-waste year. In March 2018 I decided to ‘cut-the-rubbish’ for lent. This grew into a year long project where the goal was to produce as little waste (and recyclables) as possible, closing loops and seeking alternatives. The articles below were all published in the West Cork People and the lessons we learned stay with us.
